From what it seems the application is not properly installed or some of its files are corrupted. In order to fix it, uninstall the program using its uninstaller, navigate to the official web page, select your operating system from the All OS drop-down list and download and install the latest version of the software. Also, make sure your security program and Windows Firewall doesn't block the application.
